Do I need to obtain an official transcript for my application?
No, we do not require an official transcript. You may submit an unofficial copy from your student portal.
How long do I have to volunteer to be eligible for the HERRO grant?
You must have completed one year of volunteer service.
Can I apply for student loan reimbursement if my loan(s) are in deferment?
No. The program can only reimburse for student loan payments made to the student loan company in 2023. If you resume payments this year, you can apply for reimbursement of payments made through December 2023
Can I apply to the HERRO Grant in 2023?
Yes, the H.E.R.R.O. program is currently accepting applications for Spring, Summer, Fall 2023
